Swing Staging presents our proprietary Triangular Rolling Roof Outrigger scaffolding which will support loads between 1,500 and 2,000 lbs. As user safety is paramount, Swing Staging’s suspended scaffolding system includes either a personal fall arrest systems (PFAS) or guardrail systems.

OSHA requires that these must be provided on any scaffold operated more than 10 feet above a lower level (two-point scaffolds require both PFAS and guardrail systems). This is especially critical with suspended scaffolds, because they often are operated at extreme elevations.

Beam Assembly Is Simple

1. Insert each end of the telescopic square beams into each end of the middle square beam.

2. The beams have a contiguous line of pre-drilled holes to accommodate ⅝” bolts. Overlap each end by at least two holes for stability and safety. Tighten and secure the bolts using nuts.

The chart below shows the required counterweight needed for different lifting loads.
Counterweight Calculation Chart

Please note: This chart is accurate only when the square telescopic beams are extended to their full length of 20 feet.
