Today, he leads Swing Staging’s commitment to providing premier suspended scaffold solutions throughout the New York metro area.

Marat has been in the façade access industry for the past decade working in every role from installer to sales.
Marcin Olechowski - Senior Sales Representative
Marcin just returned to Swing Staging after a few years of doing his own business. He is one of the most knowledgeable scaffolding guys around.
Kristian Marte - Sales Representative
Kristian has been working as Swing’s Lead customer service Representative.
He joined Swing Staging in 2016 having no knowledge about suspended scaffolding. He did not even know the difference between a fist grip and a shackle .
He started in the warehouse, with hard work and dedication, he soon proved himself and moved up to a parts room position then to a sales position in a very short period of time.
Today, Kristian helps hundreds of customers a year to get their suspended scaffolding order on time, every time.
